iconmobile was founded in 2003 by Thomas Fellger, Mike Richter and Adrian Le Hanne as a spin-off of Germany's largest design agency. MetaDesign. The company immediately launched a number of first-time mobile services and innovations and soon expanded its focus to include the creation of cross-channel user experiences for operators, consumer brands and handset manufacturers. In 2007 the WPP group acquired a minority share in iconmobile to challenge the mobile advertising space together. Our multi-disciplinary teams consist of consultants, marketing experts, researchers, information architects, interaction designers, developers, programmers, project managers and all kinds of visionaries.
The iconmobile Group enables companies to grow and optimize their business through the creation of new digital services and products. Our main focus lies on creating compelling user experiences to establish successful customer relationships. We offer all sorts of design-related services in the areas of research, strategy and concept, and devise solutions using a range of design disciplines. In order to offer end-to-end solutions, we also cater to the technological side of things by providing software development, a platform (icmsp) and a range of our own products. We also provide consultation and guidance in these fields and help our clients establish partnerships with other brands and organizations.
